are the intellectual property of Blue Obsidian Ventures LLC unless otherwise stated.

Upon full payment of website services, ownership of the final approved website design transfers to the client, excluding proprietary frameworks, tools, or templates owned by BOV.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Supply necessary content (text, images, brand assets) unless otherwise agreed.

  • Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback.

Project timelines may be extended if client communication or deliverables are delayed.
