By purchasing any service from Blue Obsidian Ventures LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Overview

Blue Obsidian Ventures LLC provides digital and consulting services including, but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development

• Website Management Subscriptions (Basic, Professional, Advanced)

• SEO Consultation Services

• Branding & Digital Strategy

• Marketing & Business Consulting

Because our services are digital, strategic, and labor-based in nature, refund eligibility varies by service category and stage of completion.

3. Website Design & Development Services

3.1 Deposits

All website design projects require a non-refundable deposit prior to commencement of work.

• Deposits compensate BOV for time allocation, project planning, research, onboarding, and preliminary work.

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3.2 Project Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels a project after work has begun:

• Payments made beyond the deposit may be partially refundable only if no substantial work has been delivered.

• If wireframes, drafts, mockups, revisions, or development work have been delivered, no refund will be issued for completed work.

• BOV reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

3.3 Completed Website Projects

Once a website has been:

• Delivered,

• Approved,

• Or transferred to the client’s hosting platform,

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Digital services cannot be “returned” once delivered.

4. Website Management Subscriptions (Monthly Plans)

4.1 Subscription Billing

All management plans (including Basic, Professional, and Advanced tiers) are billed monthly in advance.

4.2 Refunds on Subscriptions

• No refunds are issued for partial months of service.

• If a client cancels mid-billing cycle, service will remain active through the end of the paid period.

• No prorated refunds will be provided.

4.3 Failure to Use Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Failure to submit requests

• Lack of communication

• Unused support time

• Delayed client approvals

5. SEO Consultation & Strategy Services

SEO, marketing strategy, and consulting services are knowledge-based and advisory in nature.

Due to the intangible and strategic delivery of these services:

• All SEO consultations are non-refundable once delivered.

• Strategy sessions, audits, and consulting calls are non-refundable once completed.

• No guarantees are made regarding rankings, traffic, revenue, or performance outcomes.

6. Digital Products (If Applicable)

If BOV offers digital downloads, templates, or educational materials:

• All digital product sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact BOV directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate termination of services

• Collection efforts

• Additional administrative fees

• Legal action if necessary

8. Client Responsibility

Refund eligibility may be void if:

• The client fails to provide required content or approvals in a timely manner.

• The client violates the Terms & Conditions.

• The client requests work outside the agreed scope without additional payment.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

BOV may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund in rare and exceptional cases. Such decisions:

• Are made on a case-by-case basis

• Do not establish precedent

• Do not waive future enforcement of this policy
